  Horrible experience. Went in for an oil change which was relatively quite expensive but otherwise unremarkable. Found out six days later one of the technicians used a bolt in my evaporator drain causing it to drain into my car and mold. Went to store to correct, they denied the ownership of the bolt and directed me to the customer service line. I've been trying to contact someone on this line for the last hour and a half with no success. Hopefully, they can correct the issue by either refunding the oil change or having my carpet on the floorboard professionally cleaned. However, I would never recommend their services as no technician should ever have plugged the drain line.
